
More than eighty years after Virginia Woolf's death, scholar Urmila Seshagiri has unearthed three stories written by the author in 1907 - years before she published her first novel. The stories, edited by Seshagiri The Life of Violet with the title Violet Dickinson. According to Princeton University Press, these stories form a humorous trilogy centered around Violet, a giantess, and are a playful nod to Woolf's close friend Mary Violet Dickinson.
