Opened on January 23, the exhibition centers around approximately 300 books from the Ömer Koç Collection, offering a wide selection ranging from fantasy stories to science fiction, graphic novels to spy tales. The exhibition highlights Istanbul’s inspiring influence, especially on literature but also on other creative fields. Curated by Ebru Esra Satıcı and Şeyda Çetin, the exhibition promises visitors an enriching experience with screenings of films based on the books as well as various workshops for children and adults. The exhibition catalog, which bears the same name as the exhibition, offers an in-depth source of information about the exhibition. Spanning the 16th century to the present day, the exhibition will be on view at the Mashhah until January 18, 2026.
